Tomorrow, Anderson Copper daytime show will premiere an special one hour interview with Madonna. In this preview of the interview the iconic singer explains that directing “W.E” was the most difficult thing she has ever undertaken.
“First of all, it’s really a long process. First there is the writing process, which took a year, actually took two years. Then, there’s the filming, when you put all the location scouting and the casting and then the actual filming is another year, and then there’s editing. I know some people make movies in a more condensed period of time, but that’s when you have like an entire studio behind you or something.”
“So it’s a really long, long, long process and I think in that long process you can lose perspective and start doubting it. You watch the same scenes over and over again; I got to the point where I watched my movie the time before the screening you saw and I said, I don’t know what I’ve done anymore, I can’t see it anymore.”
Madonna’s film, “W.E.,” opens Friday, February 3.
