Madonna wants her audience to raise arms in support of the LGBT community in St. Petersburg. Pro-LGBT pink wristbands will available at the concert. The iconic singer plans to be speak out against the law that bans lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgendered “propaganda”, she could be facing charges under the anti-gay law for this act.
