Lance Bass and Michael Turchin were married Saturday night at the Legendary Park Plaza Hotel in Los Angeles. The ceremony was officiated by actresses Jamie-Lynn Sigler and JoAnna Garcia Swisher.
Newlywed Lance spoke to People about the Wedding:
“We wanted our wedding to be full of elements that we grew up with and things that we learned from our parents. It’s all about one generation passing on to the next generation how to do things,” says Bass, who partook in the traditional Jewish traditions of being married under a huppah and stepping on a glass at the end of the ceremony. “But we also wanted to create new traditions.”
Wearing tuxes they designed themselves with the help of stylist Jeff Kim, according to People, each spouse-to-be was given away by his mother, and the couple were married under a canopy in honor of Turchin’s Jewish faith.
During the celebration ‘N Sync J. C. Chasez, sang Elvis Presley’s “Can’t Help Falling in Love.” Kristin Chenoweth and R & B singer Kelly Price also performed.
The E! cameras captured all the celebration. You will be able to watch a behind-the-scenes look at their wedding in a 90-minute E! special airing February 5 at 8:00pm ET/PT, Lance Loves Michael: The Lance Bass Wedding.
